Gilji believes in data portability. You can export all your data at any time.

What's included in the export?

Your data export includes:

All tracked applications - Company, role, status, dates, notes

Activity history - Timeline of all your actions

Saved companies - Your watchlist and predictions

Profile information - Your resume data and preferences

Intro marketplace history - Requests and outcomes

How to export your data

Go to **Settings > Privacy**

Scroll to the **Data Export** section

Click **Request Data Export**

Choose your format (JSON or CSV)

We'll email you a download link within 24 hours

Export formats

CSV: Best for spreadsheets and simple analysis

JSON: Best for developers or importing to other tools

How often can I export?

You can request a data export once every 7 days. Each export includes all data up to the moment of the request.

Data retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active

After account deletion, data is removed within 30 days

Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics
